With more than 32 years of experience in civil construction, Matt Clarke brings extensive industry knowledge and proven leadership. His career spans a broad range of complex industrial, municipal and private infrastructure projects, where he is recognized for delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality results.

 

In previous roles, Matt gained over 12 years of mining and 20 years of civil construction experience, leading multiple large-scale projects. His expertise includes coordinating mine development, dam, bridge, road and powerline construction projects exceeding $450MM. Highly experienced in maintaining active public roadways, Matt is well versed in managing above and below ground municipal infrastructure projects exceeding $10MM.

 

Matt provides end-to-end project leadership, guiding teams from preconstruction through to final completion and closeout. His responsibilities include day-to-day coordination with project teams and stakeholders, subcontract negotiation and schedule & budget management. He is committed to ensuring an exceptional construction experience through clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail.
