Jamie Clarke
Owner & General Manager

Recognized for his commitment to safety, Jamie has championed a proactive safety culture for more than two decades, guided by his long‑standing motto: “Be safe ~ Be successful”. He leads by example through engagement, education, and consistent reinforcement of safe work practices.
With more than 30 years of progressive experience across mining, forestry, and the oil & gas sectors, Jamie Clarke brings construction management and field execution expertise to every project he leads. His career spans multiple construction environments throughout British Columbia and Alberta, where he has built a reputation for safe, collaborative and efficient project delivery.
Jamie’s experience includes major roles within the oil and gas sector. Managing projects exceeding $250MM, he has delivered to completion mass haul earthworks, road building, facility construction, compressor station builds, low impact winter programs, reclamation projects, and multi‑disciplinary field operations. His responsibilities have included managing large T&M and LS projects, providing constructability input during engineering phases, leading construction teams while ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and regulatory requirements.
Jamie oversees projects from planning through completion, providing leadership in estimating, budgeting, scheduling, contractor oversight, risk management, and field coordination. Known for his hands-on approach, he works closely with project teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure clear communication, strong relationships, and predictable outcomes.
Matt Clarke
Owner & Operations Manager

A strong advocate for collaboration, Matt excels at building and maintaining productive working relationships with clients, contractors, municipal officials and internal teams. His adaptable approach allows him to meet project-specific requirements while consistently prioritizing safety, quality, and schedule performance.
With more than 32 years of experience in civil construction, Matt Clarke brings extensive industry knowledge and proven leadership to his role as Operations Manager. His career spans a broad range of complex industrial, municipal and private infrastructure projects, where he is recognized for delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality results.
In previous roles, Matt gained over 12 years of mining and 20 years of civil construction experience, leading multiple large-scale projects. His expertise includes coordinating mine development, dam, bridge, road and powerline construction projects exceeding $450MM. Highly experienced in maintaining active public roadways, Matt is well versed in managing above and below ground municipal infrastructure projects exceeding $10MM.
Matt provides end-to-end project leadership, guiding teams from preconstruction through to final completion and closeout. His responsibilities include day-to-day coordination with project teams and stakeholders, subcontract negotiation and schedule & budget management. He is committed to ensuring an exceptional construction experience through clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail.
Angie Clarke
Owner & Managing Director

Angie Clarke is a highly experienced resource development professional with more than 25 years of leadership across land development, energy, forestry, and government sectors in Western Canada. Her background includes senior roles overseeing complex projects that required close coordination with construction, drilling, and infrastructure teams, ensuring schedules, budgets, and regulatory requirements were consistently met. Angie brings a strong, practical understanding of how projects move from planning to execution in demanding, real-world environments.
Throughout her career, Angie has built a reputation for integrity, accountability, and excellence in regulatory and environmental compliance. She has extensive experience working with provincial and federal regulators, municipalities, landowners, and Indigenous communities, successfully navigating approvals, consultation processes, and stakeholder engagement. Her ability to build trust-based relationships and communicate clearly across diverse groups has been central to delivering projects responsibly and efficiently while maintaining high safety and environmental standards.
